Wiskazole itraconazole syrp 52ml

Indication:

Itraconazole works by inhibiting the fungal enzymes that produce “ergosterol,” an important component of the fungal cell wall. Without adequate ergosterol, the fungal cell becomes weak, leaky and ultimately dies.

Active Ingredient : 

Itraconazole 10mg/ml

Dosage: 1 ml every 1 to 2 kg of bodyweight (equivalent to 5 to 10 mg/kg of bodyweight). Interval between doses and treatment duration: Pulse therapy: Every 24 hours for two consecutive days, interrupting for 5 days, and repeating treatment for at least 4 weeks, or until remission of symptoms. Daily treatment (systemic mycoses): Every 24 hours, 1 ml every 2 kg bw during no less than 4 weeks, or up to sign submission.
